This 10-minute easy tiramisu recipe is a quick and indulgent no-bake dessert combining creamy mascarpone, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and a dusting of cocoa powder. Perfect for an effortless yet elegant treat that requires minimal prep time but delivers classic Italian flavors.

Ingredients

Scale

Cream Mixture

  • 1 1/2 cups (360ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2/3 cup (65g) powdered sugar (or 1/3 cup granulated sugar)
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract (or to taste)
  • 1 package (8oz) mascarpone cheese, at room temperature

Coffee Mixture and Assembly

  • 1 cup (237ml) strongly brewed coffee or espresso (or 12 tbsp instant coffee mixed with 1 cup room temperature water)
  • 1/2 package ladyfingers (Savoiardi), or more as needed
  • 2 tbsp (15g) unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy whipping cream on medium speed for about 1 minute. Sift in powdered sugar, add vanilla extract, and continue mixing until soft peaks form. Gently fold in mascarpone cheese and whip the mixture until stiff peaks form and the cream is smooth and thick.
  2. Soak ladyfingers in coffee: Pour the brewed coffee or espresso into a shallow bowl. Quickly dip each ladyfinger briefly into the coffee to lightly moisten; avoid soaking too long to prevent sogginess. Arrange a single layer of the dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of an 8×8 inch pan.
  3. Assemble layers: Spread half of the mascarpone cream evenly over the ladyfingers. Then dip another layer of ladyfingers in coffee and place them on top of the cream layer. Finish by spreading or piping the remaining mascarpone cream over the second ladyfinger layer. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
  4. Finish and serve: Once set, dust the top generously with unsweetened cocoa powder using a fine mesh strainer for an even coating. Slice into portions and serve chilled. Enjoy the rich, creamy tiramisu with a perfect balance of coffee and cocoa flavors.

Notes

  • Use cold heavy cream for better whipping results.
  • Be careful not to soak ladyfingers too long to avoid a soggy dessert.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use freshly brewed espresso.
  • Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours to allow the tiramisu to set well.
  • Can be assembled a day ahead for enhanced flavor.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days for best freshness.
