2 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (vegetarian option)
1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)

Instructions
Toast sesame seeds: Toast sesame seeds in a pan until golden, then set aside.
Prep the sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, and cornstarch in a bowl.
