  1. Blend the Ingredients: Add the cup of full-fat cottage cheese and 2 large eggs into a blender. Blend for 20–30 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform in texture.
  2. Pour Into Pan: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray it with oil to prevent sticking. Pour about half of the batter (roughly 1/2 cup) into the center of the pan, then tilt the pan gently to spread the batter thinly and evenly, similar to making a crepe.
  3. Cook the Wrap: Allow the batter to cook undisturbed for 3–4 minutes until the edges begin to lift from the pan and the surface appears dry. Carefully flip the wrap using a spatula and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until the underside is lightly golden.
  4. Let Cool and Serve: Transfer the cooked wrap to a plate and let it cool for 2–3 minutes. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Once slightly cooled, use the wraps like tortillas by filling, rolling, or folding them with your choice of fillings.
