Egg Mixture:

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter (no added sugar, no added oil)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder

Frosting:

  • 7 ounces Potatoes (peeled, boiled and ultra soft)
  • 3.5 ounces Cauliflower Florets (steamed or boiled and drained)
  • 13 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt (unsweetened)

Decoration:

  • 12 teaspoons Dog Dry Food
  • 1 tablespoon Shredded Carrots

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a small round springform pan with olive oil.
  2. Mix the batter: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, peanut butter, and shredded carrots. Add baking powder if using.
  3. Bake the cake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15-22 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Prepare the frosting: Boil the potatoes and cauliflower until tender. Drain and cool. Blend with yogurt and milk to make a veggie puree.
  5. Assemble the cake: Slice the cake in half, spread frosting on one layer, stack the second layer, and top with remaining frosting. Decorate with shredded carrots and dog treats.
