  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1.2 cups / 300ml coconut milk
  • 1 large lemon (juice and zest)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) to ensure it’s ready when the sauce is done.
