  • 1/3 of an orange, sliced into segments
  • 1/3 of a grapefruit, sliced into segments
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/3 cup sliced strawberries
  • Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
  • 23 dashes of curry powder
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas
  • 1/4 of a red onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced or sliced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 34 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 Tbsp capers
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 12 tsp maple syrup
  • Handful of berries
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  2. Mash the Avocado: While the bread is toasting, scoop out the flesh of half an avocado into a bowl and mash it with a fork until smooth but still slightly chunky for texture.
