  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta in salted water until just under al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear until golden and cooked through.
