  • 1/2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Melt Butter: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Sauté Onions: Add onions to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add Ingredients: Mix in parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Prepare Sauce: Pour in chicken stock, Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream. Simmer briefly, then let cool.
  5. Season Chicken: Season chicken with salt, paprika, and chicken seasoning.
