For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce*

  • 2 tbsp honey*
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the Chicken: Start by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes. Ensure they are uniform in size for even cooking.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt until well combined.
  4. Thread the Chicken: Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
