Potato Salad:
Vegetable Mix:
- 1/2 bell pepper (diced)
- 1 stalk celery (diced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Dressing:
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Creole mustard (or whole grain)
