			Brownie Layer:
- 12 ounces semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips

- ¾ cup granulated sugar
 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
- 3 eggs (room temperature)
 
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 
- ⅓ cup cornstarch

- 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
 
Cheesecake Layer:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
 
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 
- 1 egg (room temperature)

- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
 
- Prepare pan: Lightly spray a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.

- Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla, beating until smooth. Spoon over brownie layer. Drizzle remaining brownie batter on top.
 
- Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
