Vanilla Cake:

Lemon Mascarpone Cream Filling:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
