Cheesy Dip:
- 8 oz. full fat sour cream, room temperature
- 8 oz. full fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella, divided
- 2 oz. shredded Parmesan, divided
Olives:
- 1 (6 oz.) can pitted medium black olives, halved or sliced
- 1 (6 oz.) can pitted green olives, halved or sliced
Seasoning:
- Kosher salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Preheat the oven.
- Add sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, half the mozzarella, half the Parmesan and season. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in sliced olives. Mix olives into the cheese mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish. Spread the mixture, top with remaining cheese.
- Bake. Bake until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish and serve. Garnish with parsley and enjoy with bread.
Notes
- For a twist, add chopped sun-dried tomatoes or roasted red peppers.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
