  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning

Dry Batter

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper

Glaze

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup hot sauce

Caesar Salad

  • ½ head iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup parmesan
  • ½ a lemon juiced
  • caesar dressing (to taste)

Others

  • oil for frying
  • 2 croissants
  • parmesan parsley butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make Wet Batter: Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk, egg, hot sauce, and cajun seasoning for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Heat Oil: Begin heating oil for frying.
  4. Batter & Fry Chicken: Coat chicken in wet batter, then dry batter, back to wet, and then dry again. Fry until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Assemble Croissant: Toast croissant, add parsley parmesan butter if desired. Spread caesar dressing on croissant, add fried chicken and caesar salad. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Ensure oil is hot enough for frying to prevent soggy chicken.
  • Adjust hot sauce in glaze to suit your spice preference.
