Wet Batter
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
Dry Batter
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt & pepper
Glaze
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup hot sauce
Caesar Salad
- ½ head iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup parmesan
- ½ a lemon juiced
- caesar dressing (to taste)

- oil for frying
- 2 croissants
- parmesan parsley butter (optional)
- Make Wet Batter: Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk, egg, hot sauce, and cajun seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare Dry Batter: Mix flour, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. Set aside. Make Caesar salad by mixing lettuce, parmesan, lemon juice, and caesar dressing.
- Heat Oil: Begin heating oil for frying.
- Batter & Fry Chicken: Coat chicken in wet batter, then dry batter, back to wet, and then dry again. Fry until golden brown and cooked through.
- Make Glaze: Heat butter, honey, and hot sauce. Dip fried chicken in the glaze.
- Assemble Croissant: Toast croissant, add parsley parmesan butter if desired. Spread caesar dressing on croissant, add fried chicken and caesar salad. Enjoy!
