  • 3 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp pineapple juice

  • 1 small pineapple
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Make bowls: Slice pineapple in half, scoop out chunks, and reserve juice. Chop pineapple into smaller pieces.
