Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 20 ounces Shrimp, extra jumbo, shelled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup Chimichurri Sauce (see recipe link below)
- Wash shrimp, peel, and pat dry: Make sure the shrimp are clean and dry before cooking.
- In a heavy sauté pan heat olive oil until shimmering: Heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp to the pan in a single layer and sauté: Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and beginning to curl.
- Remove from the heat and drizzle with Chimichurri sauce: Coat the shrimp with the sauce and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
