- 2 sticks (16 Tbsp) butter, softened at room temperature
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (397 grams), uncooked
- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 3/4 cup very cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- How to Make Spartak Cake Layers: Preheat the oven. Sift flour and cocoa. Beat egg and sugar. Add butter, milk, and baking soda. Steam mixture. Mix in flour and cocoa. Roll out dough. Bake layers. Cool and stack.
