Cottage Cheese Bites:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup applesauce or 1 small grated apple
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
