Dough:
- 2 cups warm milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons yeast
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 4 1/2 cups Flour (more or less as needed)
Coating:
- 1/3 cup Baking soda
- 3 cups Warm water
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

- Shape Pretzels: Preheat oven to 450°F. Divide dough into 12 pieces, roll each into a rope, and twist into pretzel shapes.
