Dry Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (weighed in grams or spooned and leveled)

- 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1½ cup light brown sugar (packed)
- ½ cup granulated sugar

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Additional:
