Salad:

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce (chopped)
  • 4 turkey slices (julienned)
  • 4 Swiss cheese slices (julienned)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (sliced into wedges)
  • ¼ cup green olives (preferably pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl or a jar with a lid, combine the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk or shake to combine. Taste and adjust to your preference.
