These Cookies & Cream Cookies are a delightful twist on classic chocolate chip cookies, featuring chunks of Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips in a soft, chewy cream cheese-infused dough. Perfect for any cookie lover!

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 and 1/4 cups (281g) all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces (113g) full-fat brick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 3/4 cup (12 Tbsp; 170g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100g) packed light or dark brown sugar
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Mix-Ins:

  • 1 cup (180g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 and 1/4 cups (about 110g) roughly chopped Oreos (10 whole Oreos)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Dry Ingredients: Whisk the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla, beating until creamy.
  3. Combine and Chill: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix, then fold in white chocolate chips and Oreos. Chill dough for at least 2 hours.
  4. Bake: Preheat oven, roll dough into balls, place on baking sheets, and bake for 12-13 minutes.
  5. Cool and Serve: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack. Press additional white chocolate chips or Oreo pieces on top, if desired.

Notes

  • You can customize these cookies by using different flavored Oreo cookies.
  • For extra indulgence, serve warm cookies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
