Cream Cheese Lemonade Filling

  • 5 ounces evaporated milk
  • 3.4 ounces instant lemon pudding
  • 2 (8-ounce) cream cheese
  • ¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate

Blueberry Topping

  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Brown Sugar Pecan Crust: Combine all crust ingredients, press into the baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
