Pasta Salad:

  • 12 oz small pasta noodles

Dressing:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)

Add-Ins:

  • 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
  • 12 oz thick-cut bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare Ingredients: Ensure peas are thawed, bacon is cooked and crumbled, and Parmesan is grated.
  3. Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Combine: In a large bowl, mix pasta, peas, bacon, and Parmesan. Pour dressing over and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate the salad for 1-2 hours or serve immediately.
