Salmon:

  • 6 oz / 180g salmon fillet
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Tortellini:

  • 8oz / 220 g refrigerated tortellini

Cream Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 zucchini, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chopped basil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Tbsp mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Cut and Cook Salmon: Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces. In a large pan, heat olive oil and cook salmon, dill, and tomato with water and salt, covered, for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Make Cream Sauce: Stir in cream cheese, black pepper, and water to create a creamy sauce.
  3. Cook Tortellini: Stir in tortellini and cook in the sauce for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Final Touches: Add garlic, basil, zucchini, and mozzarella. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
