Salmon:
- 6 oz / 180g salmon fillet
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Tortellini:
- 8oz / 220 g refrigerated tortellini
Cream Sauce:
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped basil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 Tbsp mozzarella
- Cut and Cook Salmon: Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces. In a large pan, heat olive oil and cook salmon, dill, and tomato with water and salt, covered, for 3-4 minutes.
- Make Cream Sauce: Stir in cream cheese, black pepper, and water to create a creamy sauce.
- Cook Tortellini: Stir in tortellini and cook in the sauce for 3-4 minutes.
- Final Touches: Add garlic, basil, zucchini, and mozzarella. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
