  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp butter (softened)
  • zest of half a lemon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp capers (drained)
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce (Tabasco, optional)

  • baking or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Move an oven rack to the top position and preheat the broiler.
  2. Mix Parmesan Sauce: Combine parmesan, mayo, sour cream, butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, capers, onion powder, dill, salt, pepper, and hot sauce in a bowl.
  3. Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange tilapia fillets on the sheet.
  4. Broil First Side: Broil the tilapia for 3 minutes.
