Parmesan Sauce:
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 3 tbsp butter (softened)
- zest of half a lemon
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp capers (drained)
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce (Tabasco, optional)
