Instructions

  1. Melt Chocolate and Marshmallows: In a medium-sized saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, 3 tablespoons milk, and 1 1/3 cups miniature marshmallows. Place the pan over medium-high heat on the stovetop and stir constantly until the mixture is fully melted and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Transfer to Pie Dish: Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a 9-inch pie dish, spreading it evenly over the bottom to create a smooth base layer.
  3. Add Marshmallow Topping: Evenly sprinkle the remaining 4 cups of miniature marshmallows over the melted chocolate layer in the pie dish.
