  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans beef consomme
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans French onion soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 cups long grain white rice, uncooked
  • 3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks), sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook and crumble the ground beef seasoned with garlic salt until browned.
  3. Assemble Casserole: In the prepared baking dish, combine the rice, cooked ground beef, soup, consomme, and water. Stir well.
