Frozen S’mores are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, combining the flavors of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers into a frozen, creamy dessert.

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided

For the Marshmallow Layer:

  • 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided
  • 5 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line the Baking Dish: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra parchment hanging over the sides for easy removal.
  2. Prepare Chocolate Layer: In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup of Cool Whip until smooth.
  3. Layer and Chill: Arrange half of the graham crackers at the bottom of the dish, then spread the chocolate pudding mixture evenly over them. Chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Make Marshmallow Layer: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in the remaining Cool Whip and salt.
  5. Assemble and Freeze: Spread the marshmallow mixture over the chilled chocolate layer. Top with the remaining graham crackers. Cover with foil and freeze for about 6 hours until firm.
  6. Slice and Serve: Lift the frozen dessert out of the dish using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares along the graham cracker lines. Trim any excess filling. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
