Instructions

  1. Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Brown Ground Beef: Push veggies aside and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula for about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add Flavor: Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Mix in canned diced tomatoes with their juices.
  4. Cook Pasta: Pour in beef broth and add uncooked pasta, stirring well. Cover and let simmer on low heat for about 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Season and Serve: Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Add shredded cheese on top if desired before serving.
