1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Meatballs – In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Shape into small meatballs.
Cook the Meatballs – Choose from oven-baked, pan-fried, or air fryer options to cook the meatballs until golden brown and fully cooked.
Make the Tzatziki Sauce – Grate and drain the cucumber, then mix with Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve – Enjoy the turkey meatballs with a dollop of tzatziki sauce on the side, paired with pita bread, rice, or salad.
Notes
Avoid over-mixing the meatball mixture to maintain a tender texture.
Chill the tzatziki sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
