Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chopped chocolate. Let sit for 1-2 minutes, then add yogurt and sugar. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda to the chocolate mixture. Mix until just combined. Add milk and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Bake: Transfer the batter to the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a skewer comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
