			Zucchini:
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced (about 2 pounds)
 
Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
 
- 1 small onion (diced)
 
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
 
- 1 pound lean ground beef
 
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
