  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup half and half (or whole milk)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter (for cooking)

For Serving:

  • Powdered sugar

  • Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare Custard Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and half and half until fully combined.
