  • 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

For the Tzatziki:

  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add ground turkey and minced garlic. Grate 1/4 red onion into turkey, alternatively chop red onion very small.
