Cookies:

  • 1 package (15.35 ounces) Double-Stuffed Oreo cookies

Crust:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Filling:

  • 2 boxes (3.9 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 1/4 cups cold milk
  • 2 containers (8 ounces each) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cookies: Place Oreo cookies in a large zip-lock bag and crush them into small chunks. Reserve 1/3 of the crumbs for topping. Press the remaining crumbs into a 9×13 baking pan after mixing with melted butter to form a crust.
  2. Filling: Whisk pudding mixes with milk, chill. Blend cream cheese, add powdered sugar, fold in one container of Cool Whip. Spread mixture over crust.
  3. Spread chocolate pudding over cream cheese layer, top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs on top. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
