Cookies:
- 1 package (15.35 ounces) Double-Stuffed Oreo cookies
Crust:
Filling:
- 2 boxes (3.9 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk
- 2 containers (8 ounces each) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Cookies: Place Oreo cookies in a large zip-lock bag and crush them into small chunks. Reserve 1/3 of the crumbs for topping. Press the remaining crumbs into a 9×13 baking pan after mixing with melted butter to form a crust.
- Filling: Whisk pudding mixes with milk, chill. Blend cream cheese, add powdered sugar, fold in one container of Cool Whip. Spread mixture over crust.
- Spread chocolate pudding over cream cheese layer, top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs on top. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
