  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Crust: In a large bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Mix the Dough: Add eggs and vanilla extract to the flour mixture and mix until just combined. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
