  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Wrapping:

  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg beaten
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil: In a large pan, heat vegetable oil and cook ground pork seasoned with salt and pepper until browned.
  2. Add aromatics: Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Combine: Stir in coleslaw mix and green onions, cook until wilted.
  4. Season: Add soy sauce and sesame oil, then remove from heat.
  5. Fill wrappers: Spoon filling onto egg roll wrappers, fold, and seal with beaten egg.
  6. Fry: Heat oil, fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown.
  7. Drain and serve: Drain on paper towels, serve with dipping sauce.
