Salmon Marinade:

  • 4 (4-6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons water

Additional Bowl Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • ½ cup sriracha mayo
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare Salmon – Cut salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes. Remove skin if desired.
  2. Make Marinade – Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and water in a bowl.
  3. Marinate Salmon – Add salmon to marinade and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Cook Salmon – Sear marinated salmon cubes in a skillet until cooked through.
  5. Thicken Sauce – Add reserved marinade to skillet and cook until slightly thickened.
  6. Assemble Bowls – Layer rice, salmon, avocado, cucumber, and edamame in bowls.
  7. Drizzle with Sauce and Garnish – Top with sriracha mayo, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra heat, increase the amount of sriracha in the marinade.
