Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the stuffed chicken.
  2. Prepare Green Chilis: Drain the canned green chilis and place them between paper towels. Lightly press down to remove as much moisture as possible to prevent a watery filling.
  3. Make Filling Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the drained green chilis, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and softened cream cheese. Mix well and set aside.
