Cookie Dough:
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Caramel Filling:
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 bag (14 oz) caramels
- ½ cup peanut butter
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Prepare Cookie Dough: In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, then gradually mix in the flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
