Brioche Buns:

  • 6 plain brioche buns (medium-sized), uncut

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 350g cream cheese (12.35 ounces)
  • 3.5 Tbsp white sugar

Garlic Butter Custard:

  • 70g butter (2.5 ounces), divided
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1.5 Tbsp milk
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Cream Cheese Filling: Combine cream cheese with sugar, transfer to a piping bag.
  2. Garlic Butter: Sauté minced garlic in melted butter until soft. Melt remaining butter separately.
  3. Garlic Butter Custard: Mix sautéed garlic, melted butter, milk, mayonnaise, sugar, parsley, and egg.
  4. Prep Buns: Slice buns, fill with cream cheese, dip in garlic butter sauce, and layer more cream cheese.
  5. Bake: Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes, then cool before serving.

Notes
