Zucchini:

  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease dish: Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer zucchini: Layer half of the zucchini slices in the baking dish.
  4. Add ricotta: Spread half of the ricotta cheese evenly over the zucchini.
