  • 810 Eggs (hard-boiled & chopped)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion

For the Dressing:

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 6 teaspoons sugar
  • 8 teaspoons white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni: Prepare the macaroni according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water after draining and let cool.
  2. Make the dressing: In a separate bowl, mix mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix macaroni, eggs, and vegetables.
  4. Optional creaminess: Add half of the dressing, refrigerate for 2 hours. Add the remaining dressing before serving for extra creaminess.
  5. Serve: For a drier salad, add all the dressing at once. Stir well and refrigerate until cold.
