Chicken and Rice:

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups instant white rice

Sauce:

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Additional:

  • 0.5 cup butter, sliced into pats

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Combine chicken, water, rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and cream of mushroom soup in the casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add Butter: Place butter slices evenly over the top of the mixture.
