Unsweetened Almond Milk:

12 tbsp (15-30ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla protein powder, and peppermint extract.
  2. Adjust Consistency: If too dry, add almond milk gradually until desired consistency.
  3. Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the mini dark chocolate chips.
  4. Form Balls: Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
  5. Chill: Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.
