  • 750 grams cream cheese
  • 255 grams powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cheesecake Base: In a food processor, process the butter and cookies until fine crumbs form.
  2. Prepare Pan: Line a 9″ springform pan with parchment paper.
  3. Crust: Press the crust mixture into the pan, forming the base and sides.
  4. Chocolate Filling: Melt chocolate with ½ cup cream in intervals until smooth.
  5. Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and chocolate, mix well.
  6. Whipped Cream: Whip the remaining cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
