Instructions

  2. Stir Continuously: Stir the mixture continually so it melts quickly and blends well, being careful to avoid burning the bottom or sides.
  3. Add Shredded Coconut: Remove the mixture from heat and add the shredded coconut.
  4. Mix Thoroughly: Gently stir in the shredded coconut to ensure there are no clumps and the mixture is well combined.
  5. Cool the Mixture: Let the cookie mixture cool until it thickens, approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to help it cool faster.
