Dry Ingredients
- 1½ cups oats
- ½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or agave)
Chocolate
- ½ cup vegan chocolate chips
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, dried cranberries or raisins, peanut butter, maple syrup, and ground flax seeds until the mixture is fully blended and holds together.
- Melt chocolate: Gently melt the vegan chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler. Once melted, stir half of the melted chocolate into the oat mixture to evenly distribute the chocolate flavor.
