For the Tea:
- 1 cup water (240ml)
- 2 cinnamon sticks, rinsed (about 0.4 oz or 10-12g)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons black tea
For Serving:
- juice from 2 navel oranges (just under 1 cup/220-240ml)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey
- plenty of ice
- Prepare the Cinnamon Tea: Add water and cinnamon sticks to a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook covered for 4-5 minutes.
- Steep the Tea: Remove from heat, add black tea, cover, and let steep for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Finish the Tea: Strain the tea, stir in honey, and allow it to cool slightly.
- Prepare the Drink: Using a cocktail shaker or chilling the tea, combine half of the brewed tea with orange juice and ice. Shake or stir well.
- Serve: Pour the tea over ice in a glass and enjoy!

- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste preferences.
